30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SiteForge website. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

What's Covered

  • Monthly subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund your first month in full.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund the full annual amount.
  • Add-on services: Any add-ons (Custom Domain, Additional Pages, Google Business Profile, Online Booking) purchased alongside your plan are also eligible for a refund within the same 30-day window.

What's Not Covered

  • One-time purchases: Products like the Logo & Brand Kit ($249) and Review Booster Kit ($149) are non-refundable once the deliverables have been provided to you.
  • Renewals: The 30-day guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for a refund, though you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
  • Partial months: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day window has passed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@siteforge.agency with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your business name or account email. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your website will be taken offline and your account will be deactivated. You may request an export of any content you provided to us (logos, text, images) within 30 days of the refund. AI-generated content and page designs created by SiteForge are not available for export after a refund.
