We want you to be completely satisfied with your SiteForge website. Your $199 website purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

What's Covered

• Your $199 website: Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $199.
• One-time add-ons: Additional Pages purchased with your website are eligible for a full refund within the same 30-day window.
• Monthly add-ons: Your first billing cycle for a monthly add-on (Custom Domain or Online Booking) is refundable within the 30-day window.

What's Not Covered

• Monthly add-on renewals: After the first billing cycle, monthly add-on renewals are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel any monthly add-on at any time to stop future charges.
• Partial months: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after you cancel a monthly add-on.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@siteforge.agency with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your business name or account email. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your website will be taken offline. You may request an export of any content you provided to us (logos, text, images) within 30 days of the refund. Page designs and copy created by SiteForge are not available for export after a refund.
